Drinking the Marc
I am enjoying drinking infusions of the marc I have strained out of tinctures. I let some of the alcohol evaporate and enjoy a tea of the tincture. I have enjoyed echinacea flower, hawthorn, and tonight-lemon grass as well as yellow rose from my aunt’s house. Heavenly!
